Description:
Despite being half-dragon and half sergal, Neera looks much more like a sergal than she does a cross-breed, the only real physical indicators of her draconic heritage being horns on her head and scales running down her back and tail, as well as her tail having more of a dragon's tail shape to it. She has purple eyes, wearing a black hoodie with a pink tank top underneath, flare jeans with cute looking feminine sneakers.

About: Neera is kind and loyal to her friends, but has a vicious temper as well as being a little on the ditzy side.

Miscellaneous: I imagine her sounding a bit like Aigis from Persona 3

Brief Biography: Born in the Capital, Neera lived a relatively uneventful life, raised by her parents with the usual milquetoast upbringing. But having a little bit of an independent streak, Neera found herself wishing for the independence of adulthood, moving to Snowdin, hoping to make a start for herself in the bustling snow-covered town

"Ma'am"? Echo blinked. Did she age that bad, look mature, or was that something they generally said? She didn't know the ages of Roy and Lance, but at a guess she was the youngest of people present there.

That though was quickly erased as her head snapped in the direction of the explosion. She shrunk into her jacket, azure eyes wide and twitching between her recruiters. "That better be controlled by one of your guys," she muttered. Roy's statement left her jaw hanging open. "Wait, it's not?!" Who else was there?

Lance didn't sound wrong with his theory, and Echo hated it. She felt obligated to stick with these guys before he requested she'd stay, and as he summoned a spear and dashed away the doubts returned. That had to mean some kind of fight was due, surely. Her jaw clenched. It wasn't that she'd avoid fighting - she'd gotten into a couple back in school that nearly got her kicked off the basketball team. How many years ago was that now? Definitely somewhere under ten years. Echo would have to hope her edge would flood back into her like a tantrum.

She sighed straight after Roy. "I mean... the sooner we get there the better, right?" With a shrug, Echo chased after Lance.

Though it was hardly appropriate, a smile curved on her violet lips. Maybe this was the unorthodox, off-court comeback of the Tiny Terror. She'd make a judgement of that after somebody was defeated.

Sprite...paused. His pointed teeth were exposed as his jaw was agape. They.... stopped.

The pressure of the room lifted a bit, the fog rolling backward, away from the pair of monsters in front of him. He felt his fists relax a bit, his head lowerinf as he stared to the ground.... he had no idea who these two were... but they had stopped and given Sprite the benefit of the doubt. Something that he had felt was rare. They were quick to assume... but they stopped of their own volition. It was...perplexing.

"I....uhm..." he felt his voice crack as he looked back to the two, his eyes shuddering. That red aura... that determination... it flickered. Something felt off. They others had been so quick to judge, but he had never seen someone hesitate like these ones. It had thrown the boy's (admittedly warped) perspective for a loop.

We just wanted to help.

".Ah....hah..." He breathed, holding his forehead as he dug his nails into his forehead. He felt his soul shudder.

What was happening?

Were these two...capable of looking past their perceptions? Had they been able to not assume the worst?

"Ya got some pretty big cajones for comin' back."

Sprite's head shot upward, his eyes suddenly burning. He felt his face crack, until it shattered into an expression of pure rage. His nails stabbed into his forehead until he could smell the faint traces of his own dust. Tears exploded into his eyes. A cone of cold exploding around his chest as he the pucks power roared, ice and particles bursting uncontrollably around him as the temperatures skyrocketed to new lows.

"You.....it had to be you..." It was Cherry and Gust that had scolded him as such... it was Cherry and Gust that didn't understand him. They told him his actions were a mistake.

"The way you handled that was disgusting..." she had said.

Something snapped inside Sprite.

"WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST ACCEPT MY HELP? WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE YOUR WAY!? WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS?"

An explosion of burst from Sprite's being, booming forward like a blizzard, his eyes practically glowed as tears continued to evaporate off his face like steam.

Prior to what is transpiring, a loud mouth cheetah decided to spend his days visiting Waterfall to cool down from his usual antics, the monster allowed water droplets to soak his fur, he would stick out his tongue to get a taste of why the water lives up to its namesake. it was okay at first, bitter on the aftertaste but nonetheless safe to drink. He stared quietly at the large pool of water accumulated from the tunnels, the temptation to dive in swelled up inside, it dissipated quickly when he heard voices nearby, naturally it prompted an investigation.

Gust zoomed off relying on primal instincts to track down those voices, from what he can gather it sounds like a group of people is looking for someone, he stumbled upon them eventually and wisely kept a distance, without knowing if they can be trustworthy. He followed them from a distance silently, trying to pick on more of these conversation, another voice echoed the area, it belonged to someone he havent heard since the Flowey incident and wished he didn't hear any time soon, before long the ice puck himself came into view, the mere sight of that white haired menace caused him to sneer in anger.

"Sprite..", bad memories surfaced, he remembered trying to help the young lad and all he got was a beat down and a spit in the face, he should have known he was the kind of person to relish the death of others, its sickening he even knows this guy, he also tried to kill his girlfriend and he will never forgive him for it.

The group appears to be in a battle with the freezing cold fiend, an opportunity for him to provide backup if needed, the cheetah speed off towards them standing idle in parallel to the group. he knew first hand how dangerous Sprite is in combat, he is not to be taken lightly."Ya got some pretty big cajones for comin' back." he stood tall with clenching fists, giving the ice wielder a violent glare, no more wisecracking humor, no more games, this time he is going down!

The moment the door had swung open and Red's presence was indeed let known, the young heroine was met with the fish monster's broad, signature grin. Speckles of light reflected off of those sharp fangs in an ironically welcoming way before they parted slightly to make way for a soft chuckle at Red's affirmation.

Without hesitation, Undyne leaned forward and brought Red into a robust one-armed hug; while it was a typically firm motion from the aquatic warrior, it shouldn't have caused Red any harm, "Hey, same here." she replied softly - well,  'softly' according to Undyne's standards anyway.

After an appropriate time had passed, Undyne broke away from the embrace and added, "You doing much today? Maybe we could hang out for a bit?"
