Candice seemed to be surprised in seeing a total stranger greet her with so much energy that she even had to turn around to check if he was waving at someone else standing behind her rather than at her; which was something she realised was not the case. She smiled back and greeted the double-pistol gesture with a slight, diplomatic curtsey, “Oh, uh, thank you.” she replied; her voice as soft as the mild breeze which had stirred from her flittering, kite-like wings and the small bells which interloped through them jingled merrily, “I’ll give it a try and you have a nice day as well!”
She bid him a polite farewell before gliding a short distance to get closer to the counter; reconsidering what she had in mind to order.

The moth monster beamed at the feline, “Not at all, I guess I’ll try a Caramel Swirl with some Earl Grey Tea then…” she began before pausing to reaching for a pocket in her purse to pull out four coupons along with the money required to par for her order and offered them to the feline, “I also run the La Bella Spa that’s just opened down the road. For a limited time we’re offering a free ten minute back and shoulder massage to customers with these coupons to celebrate it’s opening. So I thought I’d start with the local businesses, that is, i-if it’s something you’d like of course.”

When the guard entered and made his way to the counter, Candice stepped aside, took a table number and fluttered off to the side and opted to sit on the side of the cafe where the stage was; but sat at her own table near the counter. The elegant monster used a pair of hands to open and unzip her purse and used a second pair of hands to pull out a small notebook and pen. She clicked her lips thoughtfully for a moment or two before scribbling away into it. From the looks of things, it was filled with rather boring notes, reminders and numbers relating to running her business.
