Beyond pain, sorrow or suffering the bones of the man once known as Link stood. He said nothing for he had no tongue with which to speak, he looked not upon Trinity for he had no eyes to see and he pulled away from her touch as he had even lost the sensation of feeling. No tears, no blood and no pain as these were luxuries of only the living. He dug his sword into the ground and turned his back on the trio, he walked away his bones slowly eroding away into a storm of blue flames. Cracks started to form in his legs as what was left of his skeleton started to fade away, soon his arm and rib cage followed the bones splintering before burning to ashes in the fire, finally his skull started to crack before it collapsed in on itself fading into flames. In time the fire was gone and all that was left of Link was his sword. He'd managed to keep his promise to Trinity hoping she'd enjoy this new healthy existence with her sisters. When his humanity was gone Link decided he would rather destroy himself than live as what he hated, he'd helped Trinity and now she'd be happy, he had no lingering regrets.

"Battles don't make you great. Those who live by the sword usually die young.
They never get to gather experience, travel and live in the world....
That's the way you gain true strength. I want to protect whats important to me."

It had worked the Ocarina of Time had taken them back to the night all this mess started. Link dashed towards Trinity his sword clattering upon his back as he reached out for her. "Forgive me Mi Lady." Link said as he used one hand to grab her waist while slipping the other under her veil holding her mouth shut. Link glared up at the monster with his piercing blue eye unshaken and disgusted by the wish twisting demon. He spoke sternly demanding with no sense of remorse. "Demon you'll not twist the desires of this Lady's love for her sisters. I Wish the Trinity sisters all had their own bodies in their prior image that are self-sustaining, that will always be in perfect health and will never age past thirty years old. You will not deny my commands devil I've slain more than enough of the beasts to pay your blood price." Link smirked his wish was airtight leaving no room for the terrible mantis monster to twist it. He released Trinity having taken her wish before barking more orders. "You will obey and undo the sorrow you've brought to this family for so long."

Link looked down fist sill pressed against the ground, he wasn't ready for such an immediate attack. As the spears shot up Link felt a sharp stabbing pain oddly in only one part of his body as the other had missed him. His vision shot red for just a moment before things seemed much darker as his sight was restored. He raised his hands with only the left one visible until he moved the right before his left eye, Link felt strange but now was no time to mull over his injury he had to defend himself. He picked up his shield as he screamed moving in every direction to block the projectiles, as they got faster and faster Link responded in kind using his skills to block or swat down anymore sent his way.

Something caught Link's eye as he looked at the devilish wish caster that had been called forth from the lamp. The disgusting creature repulsed him but what more could he expect from a demon that twists the deepest desires of mortals. To keep the blue warrior from following Link snarled as he tossed his shield towards her falconing it towards her head. Stumbling to stand he dashed to Trinity's side holding a hand over his right eye as blood dripped onto the ground. Skidding to a stop Link's eye darted up towards the beast. "It's time to undo the horrors you've forced upon this family, demon." Link said as he reached for his shimmering blue ocarina. Using both hands to play it was revealed that Link's right eye was now missing weeping and leaking crimson tears. He raised the flute to his mouth and begun to play an ancient melody, the song's mysterious power caused the area around the sisters and the genie to glow a brilliant white as clockwork gears clanged together and started grinding away as if trying to launch Link and the Trinity sisters back to the night it all happened, the others would be unaffected left to fight the battle in the present.

When Grillby grasped Link's wrist his hand started to sear and would begin to burn the longer the fire elemental held on. The knight tore his wrist away and rammed his shoulder into the bar owner pushing him away. Link looked over the burns he received glaring at the one who gave them to him. "Attacking me will be your last mistake, fire demon. You've insulted my honor for the last time." He said reaching for the hilt of his blade when he was interrupted by the clanking suit of armor that came lumbering in. When the spears rained down Link raised his shield blocking the oncoming assault to protect Trinity, he took a moment gently placing his fingers under Trinity's chin. "Mi Lady I have a plan to fix everything but you have to put your faith in me. Do not compromise yourself simply because your sisters wish it. Do what you have to but leave the children unharmed, I'll protect you and keep them at bay the best I can." Turning his back to Trinity she'd bare witness to the sigil upon his shield.

When Undyne screamed at him threatening to take his soul he shook his head replying. "So you're what passes for a knight in this ditch are you? You're not the first monster to utter those words the forty nine before you fell far too easily. It'll be nice to finally have a challenge Gaster was a weakling let's see how you fare mermaid." He belted out tossing a magical gem into the air he caught it within his palm and slammed his fist into the ground, a wall of magical fire erupted from Link's palm engulfing the ground as it roared forward threatening to burn up the dragon and the walking fish.

The Hero Of Time grew tired of people like Grillby assume he was unintelligent, it was something he intended correct by force if need be but their were greater tasks at hand. Link paused at the protests of Sakura, he listened closely hearing a voice call out from the cube. "You mean there are people inside this thing?" He asked the mystical kitsune, when suddenly he was interrupted by the savage cry for help from within. "Very well, I'll free those inside from their confinement but I want your word none of you will interfere with our task." The green glad warrior saw something very powerful making dents in the steel from the inside he added his own might to the escape effort drawing his blade and slashing at the effected area, he slashed swiftly in hopes their combined attacks would be enough to break a hole in the box.

Link simply shook his head at Sprite's black and white statement on morality, to Link the world was shades of gray nothing else, even the terrible Ganondorf has his reasons for the crimes he commits. Link stood stern and silent offering no reply as words were meaningless beyond this point, from now on action would dictate the outcome of this situation. He'd been moved by Lady Trinity's plight and would see her love for her sisters was not spent in vain. The monsters of this hellish underworld had tried to pry is soul from his body numerous times, all expect Alphys and Lady Trinity. Link believed in these two monsters and would do anything to help them achieve their goals. He smirked as the red gems on his golden gauntlets ignited enhancing his strength. He used this enhanced power to snatch the cage away from the spotted cat that had just saved it. Digging his fingers into the bars he tossed it behind him pushing it closer to Trinity and the offering area. Looking at the opposition he stood at the ready scarf blowing in the wind waiting to strike.

Link bowed his head lightly in greeting to the white hooded frost demon. "I assure you this isn't any variety of costume, I'm not playing at something I'm not. This is the attire appointed to the knight who serves as the hand of the Queen. It's good to have you, I look forward to fighting alongside you." When Grillby reared his flaming head Link glared before realizing now was not the time to get worked up. "Mr.Barkeep please! The ladies are unhappy with their current state please refrain from such outbursts and focus on the task at hand." When the dogs piped up Link offered a deathly glare. "The others I trust but you mutts have been compromised by the enemy, impede the Lady's progress in any way and I'll kill you where you stand." With his peace said Link got down on one knee bowing before Trinity awaiting her commands.

Link knelt in the presence of all three ladies lowering his head. He looked upon their sorry states and offered a gentle smile. "A disgrace is something you and your sisters could never be Mi Lady. You've had the nobility to risk everything in order to help your family, where I come from that's what we call a hero. To me all three of you are beautiful not because of your body but because of your bond. I do agree however you cannot continue living like this. I will do everything in my power to see the Trinity sisters each returned to perfect health." When the dog dared to interrupt Trinity Link back handed the beast as hard as he could. "You speak when spoken to mutt." He scolded then shield bashing the monster in disguise down. "All of you are to leave us. I don't want people I can't trust near The Lady while something this important is happening. Leave!" He demanded firmly giving a glare. When Trinity said Alphys was behind this mess Link froze. "Surely you are mistaken Mi Lady? Alphys, saved my life."

As Link walked along side the Shyren his thoughts turned to her health. "Mi Lady while I'm pleased your ambitions are about to be realized I'm concerned for your health. Please I beg of you take the medicine and potions I have brought back for you, they will provide strength and stability for the trails ahead. I will serve as your shield during this en devour but you must ensure you are of sound body and mind. If this is as important to you as you claim it to you will drink those potions, also I'm not giving you back this canister until you do." He said firmly clearly out of concern rather than disrespect.

Giving one last thank you Link left the store closing the door behind him, breathing a sigh of relief he leaned against the outside of the shop looking around the vast darkness that accompanied waterfall. "Hearing her lecture that poor guy reminded me of the princess, I need to make sure Trinity is well then find a way out of the underground. Hopefully Alphys has figured something out, I haven't seen sunlight in weeks." He told himself looking down to his hands that were growing paler with each passing day. With that he picked up the bag of bottles and pressed onwards to find Trinity in her summer home in a town of winter ironically.

Holding his hand up to decline he smiled while shaking his head. "While I appreciate the elegant touch I'm going to have to decline." Link was wondering about the situation between the bunny and the cat but delving into a lady's business goes against the knight's code. Before lacing up his knapsack with the bottles clanging around he turned to ask a question as he tossed it over his shoulder. "Miss may I inquire as to how you had this medicine ready for her Ladyship ahead of time? Might you know where to find the Lady? I'm afraid I've no leads as her chamber maid fell apart before my eyes, goddesses rest her soul." He said lowering his head. "I can see you've got for paws full so if you can just point me in the right direction I'll get out of your fur."

Watching one colorful bottle after the other be plopped down his eyes followed the bubbles floating in the glass containers. When she said something about special medicine already prepared for Trinity he couldn't help himself, he picked up the tiny creature pulling it into a thankful hug.  "Thank you, little bunny you've no idea how grateful I am. It dose my heart well to know her Ladyship will be in good health again. Honestly I was worried at first but if you already had something made up you must know what you're doing." Link set the rabbit back down pushing the bright bottles she offered into his bag. When he reached for his wallet the descending cat knocked it from his hands sending sparkling gems everywhere. Quickly running around the stores collecting them he dumped about a quarter of the shiny stones on the desktop. After offering payment he picked up a large bottle on the shelf admiring it's size. "Imagine how many fairies I could trap in here." He said to himself before setting it on the counter. "I'll take this one to."

When the rabbit agreed to help him a wave of worries fades from his mind. "Thank you, Miss I am indebted to you. Well she's a rather unique case in that her body his having trouble holding itself together as her sisters are piggybacking off her life force. I'm not sure if you can fix her but if you could offer me a brew to help keep her stable until I find the root of the problem." Looking to the cat that was waking up and the way she doted over him, this rabbit seemed very sweet, the knight offered a smile before looking at all the oddly colored bottles again. "You made all of these? So many different colors and exotic smells." He remarked looking at the cat on the stable even beginning to stare, in truth he wasn't quite used to the idea of animals talking but he'd seen stranger back home.

The gingerbread house leaking colored smoke intrigued the knight clad in green, he pushed his way into the establishment the sweet and sour smells assaulting his nostrils. He waved his hand before his nose fanning some clean air towards himself. The white haired elf looked down to the tiny rabbit like creature that seemed to be helping a wounded feline, maybe she could help make something to treat Trinity. He lowered his head giving a light bow as he knelt down on one knee to better talk to the creature. "Excuse me, Miss. I was in the area and I noticed your humble little stand here. It's seems you're helping this creature here, I have a friend who is very sick and I'm not sure how I can help her." Link's inner child was screaming for him to pick the bunny up yet his discipline as a knight won over his urges. "I don't carry much gold but I do have colored gems I can pay you with." His was respectful and stern as it always was when addressing a lady.
