The dragon's sharp expression softened ever so slightly at the news of there possibly being a solution for her. She then picked up the potion and stared into it curiously. "Thank you, I was about to ask how to apply it as well," the dragon replied before leaving some money - and a tip - on the counter before leaving the shop.

"Had a run in with a bit of an incident," the dragoness replied with a cold,  sharp tone. "Scales have been lifted and been getting pains around where my soul and heart are. Do you have anything for that?"

The bell at the front door of the potion ship chimed to announce Cinnamon's next customer. A irritated, elder dragoness stepped through; lowering her head through the arch of the door as she went. Cobalt looked about the petite shop, curious by the potions on display as she held a hand on the back of her neck and the other over her heart; lightly massaging her aches.

Cobalt and Undyne didn't break from each other's imposing glares; the dragon didn't back down when the spears were raised to her in kind. However when she felt those bones slip beneath her scales, the trident raised to her neck and Zydras assisting in Papyrus' counter strike. The skeleton would find, that while he managed to slip between the scales that 'flesh' beneath was just a hard a metal as her natural armor; so piercing such as thing would not come with ease.

The blacksmith froze, her gaze lingering on the other monsters coming to Undyne's aid and the protests against her. Granted, she knew her reaction was over the top, but no one got to speak about her or her family like that.
No one.

Sans wore a concerned smile when the fight broke out and watched from afar as some monsters had leapt into action. His expression grew unreadable when he noticed his brother's assertion and precision of his actions; the shorter brother also felt a sense of pride swell from within as he watched. He couldn't help but lean to the side and closer to Toriel as her hand brushed against his skull; it was something the Sentry was quickly growing fond of.

During the commotion Asriel struggled with no avail when Toriel covered his eyes, "Muuuuummy! I wanna see!" he whined as he harmlessly slapped his hands against his mother's paw. While he couldn't see what was about to happen, he managed to twist within the embrace so that he could look up to his mother, "I want to come. I want to be able to help. I know I can help if I really try!"

While the dragon was still fuming, she knew better when she was beat. She was outnumbered and outmatched. She motioned with her wings that she was surrendering and a plume of metallic mist expelled from her nostrils just as she could feel that vice grip on her soul ease. She released her hold on the warrior's armor and as a result to Papyrus' blue magic and Zydras' prying apart the armor; the guard slipped right out from the gaps and landed on the ground with a thud. She gasped and coughed laboriously to begin with but soon after leapt to her feat and rounded at the dragon.
"How fucking dare you!" she belted, "If you're gonna be like that you're a risk to this team. Get the hell out of here before I decide to have you arrested for assaulting a Royal Guard!"

At first the dragon said nothing and crossed her arms in front of her and Undyne's armor began jittering and shaking with her magnetic pull. While it didn't go anywhere near anyone as it was being pulled away, she liquified the last of the metal orbs orbiting her body to aid in repairing the suit to mostly of its former glory. It then saluted the Captain before leaning forward for an apologetic bow.
Undyne since glanced at it and let out a humorless chuckle, "No way in hell. Besides I'll just roast in Hotlands if I put that thing back on."
The dragoness leered at the Captain once again before taking one last glance at the group and turned tail; pushing away any bones or other obstacles which may have still been in her way and stormed off into the darkness of the opposite direction.
Undyne tutted and shook her head with disapproval, "A damn shame. She would have been helpful." she commented before turning her heads to march off towards Hotlands once again; this time stripped down to her torn cocktail dress she had worn at the party. Undyne mulled over what the others have either asserted or commented aloud and bit her lower lip before adding, "Let's hurry and get moving again. As much as I'd rather take action and get results fast, some of you do have a point. I hope you're right Sans. I have no idea how you always manage to be so popular."
The skeleton shrugged, "Eh, I think I have a pretty thumpin' good 'bone charm' in me somewhere." he said rather nonchalantly yet still radiating with an aire of cockiness, which couldn't be helped. He then snuck a wink towards Toriel just as he added, "Some monsters might find me to be quite 'charming'."
Undyne rolled her eye, "Pssh. Don't do me any favors." she replied dully over the Sentry's light chuckles.

Undyne then walked a few paces to where Papyrus and Zydras were and slapped a hand to one of each of their shoulders, "Thanks." she muttered with a crooked grin and then did the same when she walked past Asgore.

When Gust announced that he was going to race ahead, Undyne slapped a hand over her forehead, not even bothering to call after the feline as he raced off and out of sight.

---

Several minutes past as the group neared the ends of Waterfall and were approaching the beginning of Hotlands as they trekked through a rather wide and dark tunnel. The ground shook violently again, knocking about the lighter-weight monsters and caused for some rocks to crumble at the walls of the caves; but luckily nothing dangerous had fallen anywhere near the group this time. That same pulse they had felt at the party rippled through the tunnel in a screeching rage; but it was different this time. As they neared Hotlands the pulse felt strange, this time the influx of power was no where near as strong as it was all the way back in Waterfall. Monsters towards the front of the group would have felt the pulse' influx vastly more weaker than the ones near the back. What did remain the same, however, was this 'boost' of sorts only lingered for a few seconds.

When the earth settled, Undyne carefully assessed everyone to check if they were alright.

Sans on the other hand spun on his heels to turn his back to the group and stood at the balls of his feet; as if ready to spring off to the side at any given moment.
"Guys." he called out suddenly.
There was a rather subtle yet incessant scuttling out towards the depths of the darkness of the tunnel. The subtly of tapping against rock was very faint and was likely to have been detected by the Sentries on duty first.

The lights in Sans' eye sockets flicked from side to side, trying to see if he could follow a potential path of the scuttling and raised a hand into the air to summon a row of glowing blue bones and shed a little more light at the rear of the group. Said scuttling kept its distance from the monsters, but it did manage to arc its way around to their left.

"It's Cobalt." she replied shortly as she continued to stare at the contents of her seemingly self-stirring drink. More of the liquefied metal churned with the alcohol and once again was raised to her lips and with her beverage slid in between her teeth and down her elongated throat. The old dragoness couldn't help but slide a wary glance towards Zydras' direction when she heard more of his subtle compliments. She had been praised many a time in her life sure, but it never seemed to have ease the suspicion that monsters may have an ulterior motive when engaging with her, "My time has come and gone for such things. There has been very little down here which has interested me since the days on the surface. Think of it more of an extended retirement rather than going to waste."

"Mhmhmhmhhm~ Well Zy, it is certainly a pleasure meeting - oh!" she began before she pulled back with surprise at his touch; her movement was so smooth, like a ripple, and her 'hair' looked akin to waves crashing over rocks from the sudden movement. Her cheeks bubbled; clustering the golden glitter within to a more concerntrated area - as if simulating a blush. She then quickly recomposed herself with an enticing smile, a simultaneous wink and a raised, slightly waving index finger, "Well, I'm sure I could squeeze some time in after my shift~" she hummed.

She then noticed the tall gem beast call out to her and she offered her best customer service smile in return, "Well hello there hun! What can I get you?"
The Aquatic Elemental then reached for a nearby bottle, grasping onto the base of it with an open palm. Soon after the glass grew white with frost as the monster cooled the drink to a more desirable temperature.

-----

Cobalt held her piercing stare even longer, though her frown lessened marginally and she broke away from him as she turned her attention to the contents of her glass, "Very well." she responded simply. The liquefied metal mixed about the alcohol stirred in glass, sloshing everything about as though it were rocking boat filled with water. A portion of the metal left the glass, cradling a sip of alcohol within, until it was raised to and disappeared through the dragon's maw. The taste was crisp, rustic and certainly hit like a tonne of bricks; a strong taste to which the dragon was particularly fond of.

She slowly nodded a few times as he spoke and then eventually drifted the case back to him. She too was semi-aware of her surroundings, though the rustles of scratching metal rattled subtly from her metallic wings whenever Asgore spoke and her face seemed to hardened like cooling metal from a furnace as he moved closer to them for a drink of some kind. She didn't need to turn her head to see where he was, for that golden armor he so proudly wore was utterly unmistakable for the the Blacksmith. That, and, more than most others she was particularly aware of Mettaton's actions and whereabouts in the hall.

The metallic monster shifted in her seat slightly, her tail blade scraped against the floor quietly and turned her body so that she was facing more towards Zydras and away from the king, "It's possible you weren't because I had closed down my forge to the public for quite a long time. Accepting commissioned work is but a distant memory of mine."

The aquatic bartender delicately pressed a hand to her own cheek as she giggled at the way the Fire Elemental said her name; a few bubbles were brewed within her translucent body in the process. She certainly found him to be quite the charmer!
"Oh my goodness, you're just too much~" she hummed before pouring him another drink - on the house, "Erm, I didn't quite catch your name, Sir?"

Her eyes then fluttered, "Oooh, the Capital?! I've always wanted to go there~ I heard that it's such a grand city! Oh heavens you must have a lovely view of the castle then too?" she inquired, bursting with wonder and curiosity as she leaned a little closer over the bar; resting her hands on her cheeks and her bust on the bar table.

----

While Zydras continued to smile and dish out the charm, Cobalt on the other hand, didn't lessen the intensity of her piercing gaze on him. She frowned deeper at his first answer, "I don't like how vague you're being." she stated bluntly. When he fished out the metal case from his pants he would soon feel an invisible, magnetic pull at it; being snatched from his hand momentarily as it floated up to the dragoness' eye level whilst he spoke. The case slowly and elegantly spinned on its axis as it floated, "Made it yourself, you say? I'd imagine forging wouldn't be an issue for you." she continued, referring to he himself being a Fire Elemental, "Though what I find interesting is how you found it impossible to find a container to hold mere cigarettes anywhere else. As mentioned before, it's very sturdy. Certainly more than capable to hold cigarettes. One may assume you have quite an aristocrat taste, Young One."

The Water Elemental couldn't help but cast a radiant smile to match the glittering body of the monster; her teeth looking very much like carefully crafted, fine blocks of ice.
"Arethusa." she answered, giggling softly at his caressing touch. In turn she raised a hand and dragged a finger ever so delicately along his hand and up his arm to where his sleeve was to make a minor, unnecessary adjustment so that the fabric sat better, "But you can call me Arie, if you like~ So, where are you from hon?"

----

The dragon moved her head with a sharp turn as soon as she was addressed; her pointed snout and leering eyes locking onto the Fire Elemental, very much giving her a more predatory presence given her nature and size. Her hardened frown deepened as those enticing and elegantly placed words washed over her, "And what position may that be, Young One?" she questioned, her tongue as sharp as the countless blades she had forged in her lifetime. She then added, though just as sharply, "Manipulation of metals is but a skill I have had for as long as I can remember having an affinity for them."

She then tilted her head slightly, her unblinking gaze sitting ever still as her tail dragged its tip along the ground; scratching the wooden surface for a moment, "For example twenty-seven-thousand-four-hundred-and-eighty-two nails were used to build this poorly structured hall. At least a third of them are either rusted or damaged and need replacing." she commented as a demonstration. Another puff of metallic mist was expelled from her nostrils in further thought and she then noticed a faint scent of cedar and cloves, but it wasn't nearly as largely noticed as what was sitting in a pocket of his pants, "You have a small, stainless steel hallow box in the pocket of your pants. With silver gilding. Very sturdy. Probably spared no expense on it? Used to hold something perhaps? Business cards? Keys? Spare change? Cigarettes?"

When the Fire Elemental took his seat at the bar he was met with yet another Elemental, except rather, she was more of the 'watered down' type. The voluptuous water monsters turned around, her long, flowing 'hair' bounced behind her, defying as much gravity as one's submerged bed of hair would. She was rather semi-translucent with a hue of blue and what appeared to be thousands of specs of golden glitter floating about her body. She wore a modest, yet still short, silver dress and silver-white hoops hung from her ears. Her purple, snowflake-shaped irises fell upon Zydras' as she tossed, flipped, shook and juggled bottles of various concoctions and poured their contents in a flashy way into the pristine-clear glasses.
"Oho, my you have exquisite taste hon." she hummed, voice cooing like a slowly flowing stream, just as she accepted the bottle and giggled, "Coming right up~"

Shortly afterwards she brewed up his requested choice of poison, making sure to show off a little and to be as entertaining as possible as she made it.

----

A short time had passed and another monster had arrived.  The eight foot tall, vermilion-red dragoness lowered her head as she stepped through the front door with an ever-present stern expression which often found a home on her face. Three orbs of metal orbited gently around her, some even spinning slightly, depending on her natural magnetic pull she had on them. Her emerald green eyes surveyed the hall which seemed to have accommodated the present monsters quite easily and left a large amount of room for them to freely roam in.

She then spotted Sans and the group around him and she gave him a nod of acknowledgment as he waved at her. The former Royal Blacksmith then took long strides to walk past them and headed towards the noisy, metal, rolling door.
"Heya Cobalt. Thanks for dropping by."
"Uh huh." she grumbled shortly as she walked away.
"She's always real nice." Sans commented sincerely before returning his attention to the monsters near him with a broad smile.

The dragon stopped in front of the metal door with a defeated sigh, as though questioning where her life has lead to from her former glory years. She cracked her battle-axe-tipped tail behind her before her eyes lit up a warm hue and the creaking and yowling of shifting metal sounded. The beaten up roller door was lifted off of its hinges and unraveled high above the monsters in the room; casting a shadow over part of the room as she flattened the metal, ridding it of dents, other impurities and removed the rusted parts of the sheet. She then pushed one of the floating, solid metal orbs away from her and towards the flattened door; where with careful concentration and precision, it liquefied and smoothed over the gaps of the roller door before solidifying again.

Once she was done the dragon chuffed, sending a small cloud of metallic mist out from her nostrils, and the flattened door was rolled back up before being returned to its rightful place above the exposed, wide doorway. She unraveled it part of the way and rolled it back up again to test it; finding that she had met the results which were needed. A much more quieter and smoothly-moving door whenever it was being opened or closed.

Now that she was here, Cobalt looked around the room as more and more monsters started to pour in for the party: Aarons, Shyrens, Froggits, Temmies, ghosts, Snowdrakes and Whimsuns were just to name a few. She figured that she may as well stay around took a seat at one of the larger stools by the bar, ordering a rather strong rum and opted to mix it with some of the liquefied metal she manipulated from one of the remaining orbs with her. Still with that ever hardened, stern expression as she took sips.

Sensing that it was time to go, Cobalt stood up and waved to the reamining monsters before turning tail and leaving the establishment.

The dragoness raised a disagreeing hand at Sakura, "No you don't owe me; it is I whom owes you." she replied before letting out a sigh and added, "Indeed, Marver has somewhat similar abilities to I, except she manipulates glass in various forms. She's still learning of course, but she's doing well. Dragons in our family tend to be like our elements... Marver is so fragile; I hope to continue to be able to protect her."

Cobalt's attention shifted when she heard the voice of a familiar; her usual stern expression softened slightly as she turned her head, "Well met Sakura. Please, order whatever you like and I can take care of it. It's the least I could do after your help saving my sister." she greeted and welcomed the Kitsune with as gesture of her wings.

She just barely caught the last of what Reigh had muttered and in return she stiffly nodded; presuming the same. With the large snake also entering the bar, the Former Royal Blacksmith was becoming more conscious of how the establishment was becoming busier. The three metal orbs which slowly orbited around her body continued to float gently through the air; only slightly rattled as the dragon was being surrounded by more monsters.

The dragon found herself looking at the Knight again, raising both her brows at his remark, "Then I suppose you'll have to be more careful then, if showcasing such a thing is of great importance to you." she replied before shifting in her seat a bit; a knot forming at her throat as some memories flashed in her mind, "In a way, I suppose you could say that. Though I do not work with Dragonfire, since, I cannot breathe it. I manipulate the metals themselves instead."

Soon after one of the metal orbs fell and landed onto the bar before them; rolling to the side before coming to an unnatural halt. The metal orb started to vibrate before it was torn apart into many pieces and then spun around each other until a miniature suit of armor stood in it's place. The tiny suit then saluted King Knight before being puppeted to march up and down the bar in a strict, rhythmic fashion.

Cobalt frowned at the offending mop while simultaneously leaning her head back slightly; which coiled her neck into a slight 'S' shape.
"Yes, well, it's rather unusual so find a full suit made entirely from such a soft metal. I must admit, it had me rather curious." she began before listening to him continue; her head tilted to side lightly as she listened to his tale and felt rather surprised.
'Former kingdom? King Knight? He was royalty?' thought to herself before continuing, "Whomever she is, she has exquisite taste and you have done quite a spectacular job at maintaining such a pristine shine. If you don't mind me adding, purity of that metal must be quite significant for it to not tarnish?"

Cobalt took a moment to slightly stretch her wings now that she has warmed up since entering the bar. Now that she could see who was cleaning the floors was present, she also paid careful mind to keep her tail-blade off the floor to avoid scratching it, "I understand that it would hold such a sentimental value, but if you were concerned for it to get dirty or stained, why not simply not wear it while working?"
The dragon was also confused as to what could have happened for him to fall from such a kingly status to washing dishes and mopping floors; but then again, perhaps it was the result of the war? She knew better than to pry into that.
"As for I, I am Cobalt. I am... a simple blacksmith by trade."

The dragoness' battle-axe-tipped tail swayed slightly and leisurely behind her, though she did manage to turn her head in time to see a Boss Monster just walk into the bar. The first thing she noticed were the scars and smirk on his face - and with markings like these Cobalt presumed that he was a warrior of some kind. Perhaps one of the guard? He seemed fairly young too, so she couldn't be quite sure. Such idle, curious thoughts were quickly put to rest for now as she returned her attention to the one in golden armor.
