"Ohh i see..."the canine rubbed the back of his head, out of the embarrassing situation. "Ya know it just melts my soul to see this kind of phenomenon happen--wonder if there anything I can do--" the canine said until he was shocked by Gust's reaction of a sudden.  "What's at the waterfall?" was all he said until the cheetah burst out off the bar. With all fours the canine rushed out off the bar as well, following the cheetah...perhaps  there are other locations in the underground which are affected by this weather...but compared to the cheetah speed, hopefully he'll be able to reach there.

It didn't take long for the canine to reach the base of the village where he saw the angry crowd closing in, luckily it was stopped by Undyne and Sakura. "Now now, settle down, don't ya know it's dangerous to play with fire?" he said tossing a few snowballs to put the flames out. "Your Pun-ny little pal up there told me I could join and lend in a hand" he turned to Undyne and Sakura. It seems the children were missing, perhaps the attacker left some sort of stench or even the children perhaps? Using his canine abilities the young whipped up his nose in the air tracking for any scent of the children or attacker.

The canine gave a little snicker back at the skeleton's pun, who seems to have the same enthusiasm with puns as him. In a moment the skeleton was gone leaving him with Papyrus "Welp you heard the man--" he cut his sentence off shortly before walking to the edge of the cliff. He took a leap then using his power he crafted a slope made of ice which continued downhill. He took a step on the slope and started sliding while waving at the skeleton "--time to get Down to business" he said leaving the slope behind should Papyrus want to use it.

Appearance: Ruffy is a bipedal dog monster with black and white fur similar to that of a husky along with cyan eyes, ironically he seems to have an unorthodox style of wearing a  black hoodie despite him having a thick coat of fur and love for the cold. He wears blue baggy pants underneath with snowflake patterns embedded on it which shows his love for the cold. He isn't often seen wearing shoes and just walks around in his paws.

Personality: Ruffy is the optimistic kind of guy who looks on the bright side of things, and always looks to have a great time. He tends to be very witty and create more or less annoying puns. He has deep love for the snow and cannot withstand extreme heat such as hotland. He is often seen in Snowdin all piled up in the snow, he loves snowball fights and making snowman. He also cares deeply for his friends an would be willing to help them in times of need and perhaps talk it down with them. He isn't fond of fighting however when it comes to protecting his loved ones he gets serious.

Abilities: Aside from his canine abilities, Ruffy's love for snow and ice has turned into power for him, allowing to control ice and snow. He is able to launch a barrage of snowballs which when it comes in contact it restricts or freezes the movement of the SOUL. These may look like ordinary snowballs but they pack in quite a punch. He can craft ice-made weapons which would also be efficient for him in combat.
