Description:
Despite being half-dragon and half sergal, Neera looks much more like a sergal than she does a cross-breed, the only real physical indicators of her draconic heritage being horns on her head and scales running down her back and tail, as well as her tail having more of a dragon's tail shape to it. She has purple eyes, wearing a black hoodie with a pink tank top underneath, flare jeans with cute looking feminine sneakers.

About: Neera is kind and loyal to her friends, but has a vicious temper as well as being a little on the ditzy side.

Brief Biography: Born in the Capital, Neera lived a relatively uneventful life, raised by her parents with the usual milquetoast upbringing.
