Lily smiled as she waved back at the lesser dog with her usual gleaming smile. She always liked to see another friendly face around that was eager to greet her. Lily made a mental note to meet up with her later if she could see her again around town. Her attention then turned towards Haldor, at the front counter. She looked over the options of what they had available, and her quirky nature made her choose one of the first options she laid her eyes on, in this case was a Cappuccino. "I'll have one of those Cappu-thingies, please!" She said, not really pronouncing the word in her head before speaking.

Lily gave a small blush upon being held close by Haruno, and beamed another one of her genuine smiles towards her as she did so. Afterwards, her eyes shifted towards the bull that everyone was worried about. To her, she believed that since it hasn't really attacked yet, it wasn't likely going to anytime soon. Upon seeing the bull go into a more 'life-like' state, Lily's eyes glistened with interest, as she thought perhaps things would go much more smoothly now, and the tension that has been bugging her could finally die down.

However, she was FAR from correct.

Her usual smile started to turn into a concerned frown as she heard the words from Austin. Seeing the monsters as critters that had to be put down? That concerned her. Saying that 'at least ONE' should be sentient, that turned concern into hurt. She's been called a lot of names in the past, but non-sentient? That was an all new low in her eyes.

However, nothing could prepare her for seeing the bull try to attack Sans. Lily let out a gasp as she saw the bull attack sans, and her body visibly shook when she saw the E.M.N. beam coming toward sans even after he warped away. Her eyes were trained on the cyan light as it kept trying to come after Sans. She considered stopping it with vines, yet quickly decided against it as she saw the light break clean through bones as if they were paper.

Upon seeing the rail gun about to fire at Sans once again, this time to finish him off, She let out another gasp of fear. However, as she saw Undyne topple it on it's side, just enough for the machine to miss Sans, she let out a sigh of relief, glad that the attack hasn't truly managed to kill off anyone. However, she was once again startled when she noticed that Undyne's arm has been vaporized into dust. She was silent for a few moments, shock making her pause for several moments.

After her brief state of shock was over with, she knew that she couldn't just sit back and watch all of this, she had to do something to help, anything that could aid her friends. She looked over at the tiny blaster skull that popped up next to her, making her leap a bit, showing that she was on edge, which was understandable, considering the circumstance.

Upon hearing Papyrus's request, she gave a strong nod before exiting Haruno's grip, getting a small distance away before planting several of her roots into the ground. Shortly afterwards, a small rumbling was heard underneath Austin before large amounts of vines started to break out of the ground with a strong amount of force, each one attempting to wrap around the mechanical bull's legs, each of the many vines capable of a tight grip on him should they latch on successfully before they would try to slowly drag him towards the pit with sheer force.

A second volley of vines erupted from the pit itself, also trying to latch onto the giant metal beast. The majority of them still went for the smaller legs, attempting to utilize the leverage from the different angle to pull Austin into the pit; but a few snaked higher in an bold effort to slink around the variety of weapons firing from his back around those more vulnerable bases and snap them off with a powerful constrictive force.

Lily usually was okay with the heat of Hotland, however, she never has been this close to the core before. She wasn't able to sweat, so she felt as if a lot of heat was soaking up inside of her like a sponge. She still kept trying to smile, even though it was clear to take a quick  look at her to see that she wouldn't last long in this boiling heat.

Upon seeing the human soul, Lily waved hello in her typical quirky nature, "Why hi there!! I'm Lily, and these are my friends!! We're looking for a human soul! Have you seen one around here??" She stated, completely oblivious to the situation at hand. She wasn't very quick to realize most situations, which tended to be a large weakness for her. Her eyes lit up at the sight of the E.D. units, "Oh! There's the little cuties again!!" She said, wanting to rush over to attempt hugging them once again. She also noticed the large bull, which she was about to comment on before suddenly getting warped by Sans and Papyrus.

She blinked a few times, about to make a comment of what happened. However, she then noticed Haruno getting hit with the railgun. Lily's smile faded into a dreaded shock.  Before she could say a single word, she rushed over towards Haruno. Sure, she made a horrible mistake, but Lily was sure that she had her reasons. Especially since Haruno helped protect her during the first quake. She tried to see if Haruno had any scars, wounds, or immediate injuries to tend to. She knew that she seemed to be fine, but after seeing a laser like that hit someone, Lily just had a strong feeling that it couldn't have possibly just affected the magic in Haruno's body.

Upon seeing the mechanical avian, Lilly's eyes widened, "Oh my gooood!! it's so cuuuuuuuute!!!!" She squealed out loud, wanting to hug it tightly. Then she saw more of the little birds flock around her, making her gasp. "OH MY GOOOD!!! MOOORE!! YAAAY!!" She said, clapping as happily as a young child on Christmas day. She went ahead and hugged three of them in a tight embrace with her vines, unaware of the fact that she could have easily crushed them considering her vines had a strong squeeze to them. She was too distracted with the three she was 'hugging' to notice Haruno destroy one of the cute little machines. "Oh! Query!! Can I keep you all??" she asked excitedly, not really taking the situation very seriously.

Lily thought about it for a while. She's never considered fighting before, but she didn't want to back out now. "Weeeeeeeeeeeelll...let's see.........." She thought for a few moments, "I can manipulate other plants, and I've got a lot of roots I can use in battle...." She kept trying to think of whatever else she could possibly do to help, but unfortunately, she couldn't come up with anything else. She had a small smile of uneasiness, "And uh....that's about it....." She said uneasily. She wasn't sure if the others would be disappointed in her lack of combat experience or not, but she didn't want to back out at this point.

Upon seeing the earthquake; Lilly quickly tried to protect as many monsters as she could with her vines, trying to shield them from the debris. She kept trying to keep her focus on her vines so that no one would get harmed, albeit she didn't really keep herself on guard, she was more concerned about the well-being of other monsters. Luckily; nothing managed to smash her. She started to breath heavily, yet upon seeing the bright pulse, her eyes widened with interest. "Oooh!!! So pretty!!!" She said with her eyes sparkling a bit. A few moments later, she noticed her body and roots felt....warmer. Much warmer, in fact. As she was still breathing heavily, she had small little flickers of flame emitting from her mouth, albeit she didn't notice this.

Lily slowly started waking up, yawning sleepily as her many roots started to stretch. As she started to wake up, she noticed an envelope. Curious to see what was inside, she had several of her roots snatch the envelope before opening it, finding a letter inside. Intrigued; she decided to read it.

Her eyes turned from drowsy and droopy to excited and peppy rather quickly as she finished reading the note. "Oh!! A party?! I've never been to one before!! That sounds like so much fun!!!" She said, feeling quite excited already. Without a moment to waste, she quickly got up and headed towards the address stated in the letter.

Lily managed to rush into the party,"Hiiii Everyoooone!!" She yelled out loud, completely oblivious to the fact that an interview was going on at the moment, which could potentially bite her in the ass later. She was surprised to see how many monsters were here, which made her eyes widen with joy, "Oooh! So many people here!!" She said, looking around frantically with a gleam in her eyes. She knew that this was going to be a brilliant experience for her, she just knew it.
